I started using RADO Nutrition supplements and products about 3 years ago. My friend Kristie, shared RADO Nutrition products with me. We were both feeling blah and knew we needed something. I started taking daily essential vitamin packs. Within 2 weeks I started feeling such a difference, in my body and my performance. I continued using those products for several years.
