Crock Pot Salsa Chicken
- 2 cups salsa
- 4 whole chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 whole onion chopped
- Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken if desired.
