Dos ☑️ & Don’ts ❌
❌ No need to fast… eat, eat, and eat. You are never supposed to be hungry on this detox.
☑️ Water – drinks tons and when you think you have had enough drink more. (At least 8 glasses a day)
❌ No Calorie Counting- Leave your calorie counter in the 90’s people. It is not welcomed on this detox! This doesn’t mean rob the local buffet but don’t restrict yourself.
☑️ You can eat as you please except for the “Foods to Avoid” … soy, gluten, dairy, corn, alcohol, coffee, caffeinated teas, sugar, artificial sweeteners, fatty beef & pork, processed foods, and fried foods.
☑️ You can eat gluten free pastas, crackers, breads. Remember you will want to limit your sugar intake and most of gluten free products are extremely high in sugar.
❌ Don’t just consume shakes and eat “protein” bars. Your body needs food for fuel. Healthy, well balanced, fresh meals are the best way to keep your healthy.
☑️ Stevia – If you have to have an artificial sweetener the detox allows you to enjoy stevia.
❌ Don’t limit yourself to the same foods continuously. This is a lifestyle change. Try new things like Sheep’s milk yogurt, it is even better than the normal yogurt and it is not dairy. You can thank us later for this one.
☑️ Avocados- everyone asks about them so the truth is, we LOVE them. Great way to add healthy fat to your meal.
☑️ Water – did I mention drink water? Seriously, can’t stress this one enough. DRINK WATER.
❌ Don’t be worried if you get headaches in the beginning. Sadly, that is your body ridding of the toxins that have been stored in your body from all of the terrible foods, environment toxins, and alcohol.
☑️ Feel free to drink your shakes whenever you please. You can have your shake and pills in the morning and then again in the afternoon or dinner. Just remember 2 Rado Nutrition Shakes a day and your detox pills 2 times a day.
☑️ Eat your vegetables. Vegetables have fiber which will help you have better bowel movements (improve weight loss) and would make your Momma proud.
❌ Don’t be afraid to experiment with your shakes. Add chia, nut butters, coconut oil, and veggies for a more nutritious shake. Hint: we love cutting up zucchini and squash and freezing them then adding to our shakes. In your shake they have no taste yet give you another serving of vegetables.
