  1. Heat grill to medium, you can also make these on a George Foreman grill or in a hot skillet.
  2. Mix the avocado oil, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper and shrimp in a large bowl. Stir until shrimp are evenly coated with seasoning.
  3. Grease grill with butter, you can use avocado oil but butter tastes better. Place shrimp on grill and cook until just opaque, about 1-1/2 – 2 minutes per side.
  4. Toppings: Add avocado and salsa to add more nutritional value to your tacos. These toppings will kick up the flavor as well.

Hint: If you don’t have gluten free or brown rice tortillas you can always make it a play on a “Chipotle Burrito Bowl” with rice and beans.
