  1. Preheat oven to 330 degrees. Cut Brussels Sprouts in half and peel loose leaves and keep for crispy leaves. On a baking sheet lay our all pieces of Brussels sprouts evenly.
  2. Bake for 30-45 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine about 1 ½ teaspoon of avocado oil with a pinch of salt, a shake of pepper, cayenne pepper and chili flakes to taste.
  3. Once Brussel sprouts are cooked to your pleasure, pour in the bowl with your ingredients.
