Spicy Brussels Sprouts. Why we love it: Easy to make and so delicious.
Spicy Brussels Sprouts
- 1/4 lbs brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Preheat oven to 330 degrees. Cut Brussels Sprouts in half and peel loose leaves and keep for crispy leaves. On a baking sheet lay our all pieces of Brussels sprouts evenly.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine about 1 ½ teaspoon of avocado oil with a pinch of salt, a shake of pepper, cayenne pepper and chili flakes to taste.
- Once Brussel sprouts are cooked to your pleasure, pour in the bowl with your ingredients.
