Why we love it: Easy to make, it will last in the fridge, and easy way to add veggies! Servings 6. Approx. 6g of protein per half a cup
Ingredients
- 16 oz spinach
- 16 oz cottage cheese gluten free (or sour cream)
- 8 oz water chestnuts chopped fine
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp parsley dried
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all together in a blender (if using cottage cheese).
