  • 6 whole tomatoes quartered
  • 2 whole cucumbers sliced and quartered chunks
  • 2 whole onions sliced
  • 1 cup olives black, pipped
  • 2 whole avocados quartered
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
