Instructions
Boil Rice to Serve dish on - Set Aside
Saute onion and celery in olive oil.
In the same pan, add tomatoes (whole) and mash them with a fork once hot.
Add water and simmer on low.
After about 10 minutes add red pepper, bay seasoning, and salt and pepper. Next add in your shrimp, while pan is still on low.
Add your garlic and parsley and cook until your shrimp is almost cooked.
Then add your crab meat and right before the shrimp and crab are cooked to liking, add your two tablespoons of butter.
