Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz spinach
  • 16 oz cottage cheese gluten free (or sour cream)
  • 8 oz water chestnuts chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley dried
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together in a blender (if using cottage cheese).

Feel free to add other veggies!
