Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spaghetti squash cooked & shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Squeeze all excess water out of spaghetti squash with paper towels. Form small patties (about 2 tablespoons) by firmly pressing them to form a cohesive circle patty.
  • Place patties on the warmed pan for about 5-7 minutes or until the patty has a light brown color.
