Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole turkey pattie
  • 1 tbsp paleo ketchup
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 whole red onion rings
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 3 slices avocado
  • 1 slice lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Place turkey burger patty over medium heat on a skillet, grill, or a indoor counter top grill. Remember since the meat is very lean it won’t take long to cook at all, probably only around 6 minutes in total. You will want to flip your burger after 2-3 minutes.
  • Once cooked to your specifications, add toppings and enjoy. Once again, Trader Joe’s makes excellent gluten free buns if you so desire.
